I posted something similara week ago or so and in the meantime I just bought the thing and I'llsee what value it has when it arrives.Still, any thoughts on the matter(s) are welcomed.van19.01.19 10:59. It's just leaching in of its ownaccord. So I figured I'd take a look at the source. And I did incorporate some ofPasquale's input, though much of that didn't seem directly from Barry. Now, quite a while later, I find myself naturally drifting in and outof some of his M6dim and m6dim scales, as well as finding myselfconsistenly delvingh into dim and m6 harmony (including associated 9th,m7b5, #5b9, sus4b9 structures). Then I got Pasquale Grasso's videos and again found no greatsatori, but it was compelling.

So 'get the joe pass book' or 'just learn standards', notnecessary.I went through Alan Kingsolver's version of BH material and though Ifound it very interesting and provocative, I didn't really incorporateit much. these in order to play guitar or jazz, but itintrigues.

Has anyone hereabouts spent time with the Barry Harris instructionalmaterials? I see he has a 4-dvd 200-pg Part 1, and a Part 2 as well.Note I don't.need. It's been a long time since Albasani discarded one of my posts.
